5. Project Delivery & Timelines

  • Project timelines are estimated and may vary based on client inputs and revisions

  • Delays caused due to incomplete information, late approvals, or scope changes will not be our responsibility

  • Final delivery is made only after full payment is cleared

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website designs, software, graphics, and source code created by Aidges Infotech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received

  • After final payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without written permission

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide:

  • Timely approvals and feedback

  • Legal rights to all content, logos, and materials shared with us

Aidges Infotech is not responsible for any legal issues arising from client-provided content.

8. Revisions & Changes

  • Limited revisions are included as per the selected package

  • Major changes, redesigns, or scope expansion will be charged separately

  • Once a project is approved, further modifications may incur additional fees

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of:
